Brand Activations
- On-ground and digital activations that put your brand in front of the right audience.
Experiential all the way.
XperienZ turns campaigns into live, interactive experiences that consumers engage with, remember and share.
We help products come alive and deepen customer engagement.
XperienZ is a brand activation and experiential marketing agency. We design and deliver experiences that bring brands to life.
Experiential brand activations are live, interactive events that invite consumers to engage directly with a brand. That idea is at the heart of what we do.
We work with brands across diverse sectors to create campaigns that are creative, measurable, and built around real audience behaviour.
We plan and execute activations at transit locations, entertainment and retail hubs, and business and residential environments.
Five ways to put your brand in people's hands. Pick one or combine them into a single campaign.
Every activation follows the same four steps, so each one is sharper than the last.
We start by understanding your identity, audience and goals.
We build an activation concept that is consistent with your brand and memorable for your audience.
We integrate social media so the experience reaches beyond the venue.
We track performance so every activation informs the next.
Our research team runs audience surveys to assess each campaign's impact. The findings are documented and presented to you.
We work with brands across sectors, from homes and cars to snacks and streaming.
Big ideas are only half the job. We carry them all the way to the ground, then prove what they achieved.
An experienced brand and marketing team that looks at your campaign from every angle.
Big ideas tied to clear business objectives.
Concept, production, logistics and reporting, all under one roof.
Scope to use immersive formats that deliver high impact.
Reporting on reach, engagement and RoI.
One message, taken to the places where India already stops for chai.
Tea Board IndiaTea Mark awareness campaign, 2026
Tea Board India's new Tea Mark tells shoppers their tea is genuine, safety-checked and traceable. Our job was to get people to notice it. So instead of another hoarding, we set up stalls wherever people pause for chai.
At IT parks in five cities, professionals traded their tea break for free tastings, puzzles and a spin-the-wheel lucky draw. In Bengaluru's residential societies, families raced a 90-second jigsaw of India's regional tea logos and called neighbours over for a cup. At joggers' parks, we skipped the forms and simply talked to walkers as they finished their run. Through ten days of Ganesh Chaturthi in Mumbai and Pune, a kettle-arch stall ran a Tea & Ganpati trivia quiz with daily draws. Railway stations got Independence Day kiosks.
Tell us about your brand and goals, and we'll get back to you with a compelling plan.
